These Terms govern your use of RentTracker, a software platform operated by Apollo Rental Systems LLC ("RentTracker," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

What RentTracker Is

RentTracker is a software tool that helps landlords and property managers track rent payments and send reminders. RentTracker is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not act as a debt collector.

Your Responsibilities

As a landlord using RentTracker, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of all tenant information, rent amounts, due dates, and late fees you enter
• Having lawful authority to collect and enter your tenants' information
• Complying with California landlord-tenant law and any applicable city or county ordinances, including rules about late fees, notices, and rent collection
• Reviewing any reminder or notice before it is sent, and using your own judgment about whether it is appropriate and legally accurate for your situation

RentTracker does not determine whether a late fee is lawful, whether a notice is legally valid, or whether an email satisfies any legal notice requirement. Formal legal notices, such as pay-or-quit notices, and eviction procedures are outside the scope of this product — you are responsible for handling those through proper legal channels.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use RentTracker to:

• Threaten, harass, or deceive tenants
• Discriminate against tenants on any legally protected basis
• Impersonate a court, attorney, government agency, or debt collector
• Violate any applicable law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

No Guarantee

RentTracker does not guarantee that any rent will be collected or that any tenant will respond to reminders. RentTracker is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo Rental Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RentTracker.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RentTracker after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
